Account

Your CodeGlass account is also used for licensing and billing. Licensing and billing are provided through our payment provider (Stripe) and license provider(Licensespring).

LicenseSpring CodeGlass Account​

After purchasing or being assigned a license, you receive an email from LicenseSpring containing your account credentials.

This account allows you to:

  • Log in to the CodeGlass client.
  • Activate or deactivate devices.
  • Manage assigned licenses.
  • Change your password

More details can be found in the License Portal documentation.

If you are a license manager, you can also create accounts for others.

Stripe CodeGlass Account​

If you paid for your subscription, you will receive access to the Stripe Customer Portal. This is used to:

  • Manage billing information and view invoices.
  • Cancel or update your subscription.

Your Stripe account uses the same email address as your LicenseSpring CodeGlass account.
